MORA Update 7-16-2020
PLEASE READ !!! We are notifying you that a Mount Olivet Rolling Acres staff has tested positive for COVID-19 (July 16, 2020).
If you were not contacted directly by phone, you have not been directly exposed.
Governor Walz extends Peacetime Emergency order and what is new for MORA:
Day Programs: As day programs around the metro begin opening (not MORA’s ADS yet) we will begin discussions about individual clients in all programs with guardians, case managers and staff.
Travel restrictions: See below for bulletin from Human Resources and Health Services. Our safe behavior and conversations with each other will be more important than a changing list of states.
UPDATE: Travel outside of Minnesota
MORA continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation nationally. Given recent changes to
out-of-state COVID cases we are updating our internal travel procedure. Please contact HR (Stacy Richards firstname.lastname@example.org 952-767-4831) and your Director prior to planning travel to discuss details of your travel plans and any precautions that may be required upon your return.
As of July 13, 2020, should staff travel to the following states, staff may be subject to a
14-day quarantine, depending upon details of travel plans. If they are unable to work
from home, the quarantine will be unpaid or will require the use of their PPL before
returning back to work.
This state list is subject to change based on the constantly changing COVID-19 situation.
We will continue to monitor and update you as we learn more.

MORA’s Emergency Preparedness Plan for COVID-19
We have created a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan that collects and documents our organizational actions since COVID-19 hit this past spring. Over the last few months, we have informed, updated, communicated and trained you on all of the content in this plan. This plan pulls together all of our actions over the last few months. By 7/31, we will be sharing with guardians, case managers and clients. It is now publicly accessible (PDF) on our website: https://mtolivetrollingacres.org/mora-emergency-preparedness-plan-covid-19-july-2020/
