Happy Thursday… a few updates this week…..
We want to hear your voice. TODAY. The last day to take Employee Pulse Survey is Friday, July 31. The survey takes about 3 minutes & is completely anonymous. GOOD NEWS!! So far over 200 employees have participated and that is really wonderful. What about you?
Communication Skills: Giving feedback in different cultures
Next week our mini-session will introduce different cultural perspectives on giving — and absorbing — feedback, compliments, constructive criticism. We’ll open up and try to express both clear information and clear feelings. Wednesday, August 5 3:00 – 3:30pm on Zoom

Safe summer travel during COVID-19

Desperately needed funding for our country’s most vulnerable people
Join us to send a message to your Senators that the Health, Economic Assistance, Liability Protection and Schools (HEALS) Act, needs to include our country’s most vulnerable people. In its current form, the Act is not an adequate response to the needs of health and human services – including our clients within Mount Olivet Rolling Acres. Also, I know Governor Walz is announcing school reopening plans for the fall and it sounds like each district will address to meet their needs. We will continue to monitor and incorporate adjusted best practices as we learn more. In the meantime, if you have concerns please let your supervisors know so that they can funnel this to the leadership team as we make decisions about your safety and the safety of the people we serve.
