We need to talk about COVID.
Remember …it is EXTREMELY important that each of us comes forward and shares when we or someone we know has been exposed, is showing symptoms, or is being tested. Regardless of your role or team, the health and safety of everyone at MORA is our top priority and we can’t help you or contain the spread of COVID if we don’t know.

Over the last 2 weeks, we have seen an increase in positive cases both with staff and residents. We are taking this very seriously.

ALL STAFF: Immediately share your own exposure, symptoms, testing, or positive with Human Resources. HR will help you determine if you are eligible for paid time off.  And, remember, we are currently allowing PPL balances go negative if staff are impacted by COVID. (HR, Stacy Richards 952-767-4831, )

RESIDENTIAL/ADS/IN-HOME: Immediately share known client/resident exposure, symptoms, testing, or positive results with your Supervisor, Director, and Nurse.

The Minnesota Department of Health is finding that COVID is spreading most quickly in locations where symptoms and testing are not being reported. Please help us keep you, your families and our clients and residents safe.
