MORA Update 10-22-2020

What a dreary Thursday!  And, the snow was definitely a surprise.

This week was both a very challenging week as well as an inspiring week for us at MORA. We currently have several Homes with positive COVID cases among residents and our COVID Response Team is stretched thin.  Thank you to EVERYONE that is helping support these homes, residents and staff. Grateful.

Now, for the inspiration: this past week we began our fall planning and budgeting season for 2021 and I am so thankful for all of the generous hearts and energized souls who work at MORA. This past year’s challenges are beyond what we ever could have imagined – or planned for – however,  we continue to do good things and move forward in a positive direction.  Focusing on new connections and collaborations, our future will be bright!!

Would you like the jacket or the delicious treats?
Mail in the postcard selecting your appreciation gift from the MORA Board – no stamp needed. We have only heard from about half of you and we want you ALL to get your thank you gift.  Please talk to your coworkers and make sure everyone has gotten their card and is making their gift choice. Please make sure the card arrives or is dropped off at Victoria offices by Tuesday, October 27.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3.

Details below on how to vote early and make sure to adjust your work schedule if you need to!  Please. Please. Please. Vote.  I voted early last week. I was the only one there, it was very safe and took less than 10 minutes.
