Effective 10pm 2/8/2020, MORA’s starting wage for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Adult Day Services (ADS), and Summer Camp Positions is $14/hour. Overnight sleep DSPs start at $11/hour and Junior DSPs start at $12.75/hour. Most of our tenured DSPs and ADS staff received a $1/hour increase. This wage increase is possible because of increased revenue in our Case Management services, Metro Crisis Coordination services, and an increase in reimbursed rates from legislation passed in July of 2019.
Mount Olivet Rolling Acres has a 50-year history of providing progressive and dynamic services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Over 20 years ago, we recognized the need to support people living in their own homes. This reach allowed us to offer the same innovative services used in our residential group homes to people living at home.
In-Home Services offers individualized and customized plans to provide necessary services. Highly trained staff travel to clients’ homes to support individuals and families in a variety of ways, including: activities of daily living, personal supports, community involvement, and homemaker services.
Our clients are encouraged to take advantage of our numerous recreation activities including our Showstoppers Dance Troupe, computer lab, Glee Club, Special Olympics, and vacations to our McGregor cabins.
Our In-Home staff receive comprehensive training before even starting in your home, and meet the necessary training required for licensed providers. Staff also receive top-notch continuing education, and specialized training is available to meet specific needs of individual clients.
