Effective 10pm 2/8/2020, MORA’s starting wage for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Adult Day Services (ADS), and Summer Camp Positions is $14/hour. Overnight sleep DSPs start at $11/hour and Junior DSPs start at $12.75/hour. Most of our tenured DSPs and ADS staff received a $1/hour increase. This wage increase is possible because of increased revenue in our Case Management services, Metro Crisis Coordination services, and an increase in reimbursed rates from legislation passed in July of 2019.
Mount Olivet Rolling Acres is proud to be one of the top providers of services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 50 years.
Our high-quality neighborhood homes for people with disabilities provide around the clock care by our highly skilled and trained staff. Our homes include Intermediate Care Facility (ICF/IID) group homes in Victoria, Waconia, and Mayer, and Supported Living Services (SLS) group homes throughout Hennepin, Carver, and Scott Counties.
We also have a residential program that provides support for people with severe and persistent mental illness. This highly successful program provides the stability and services clients need to maintain a meaningful quality of life in the community.
We pride ourselves on our legacy of providing a person-centered approach to care each and every day, in every home. We offer numerous therapeutic recreation and leisure activities both at home, as well as in our communities. An important part of our services include nursing and behavior analysts, if needed. Our staff are well-trained and undergo background checks before starting to work in the homes, and receive pertinent on-going training and education each year.
